The information for your listing should be formatted as follows:
NAME - TITLE OF EVENT - DATE
-NAME of gallery / institution / organization
-TITLE of exhibition / lecture or workshop / call for submissions
-DATE of event
This can be followed by:
A detailed description of your event: what is happening, time, location, info about the artist or work being show or presented (300 words maximum).
OKnow will NOT BE ACCEPTING PHOTOS at this time. Please include a link to your online presence for your photos instead.
CONTACT info: email, phone, website, address
*To be included in the OKnow weekly listing, your email must be received before print / send time (every Thursday). Please only send listings that occur within 2 weeks of your email.

GETTING OUT THERE: OKnow would also like to cover the work of Okanagan based artists, curators, writers, actors, musicians, film makers, dancers and performers whose pursuits has led to their work being shown, published or showcased further afield. Please send OKnow any information you would like shared.
